MAISONETTE

Iapetos’ maisonettes are 40m2, with a balcony and a terrace. They consist of two levels. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a small living room with sofa that easily becomes a double bed for two people.

On the upper floor, you will find the main bedroom. It consists of 2 twin beds or a queen-size bed and a sofa-bed just like the ground floor.
The maximum capacity is six people and, in two of them, it is possible to accommodate up to seven people. The maisonettes are family-oriented, ie 2 or 3 adults with 2-3 children, but we do not rule out the possibility of double use.

You can enjoy your coffee or tea before breakfast with our traditional dishes. All of our rooms also include hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, direct dial telephone, autonomous air conditioning / heating, fridge, safe, satellite LCD TV and free wired or wireless Internet.
